SBI has a proud history of placing only the most qualified applicants within the industry. To maintain our reputation, SBI conducts a rigorous application and interview process. We ask candidates with appropriate professional experience to provide five references. These references are to be presented directly to SBI and should preferably be design engineers or engineering managers. If, after interviewing the candidate’s references, SBI feels that the candidate meets our high standards of excellence, we will extend an offer to interview in person. Only successful candidates at that time will be extended an offer for a further interview with either the Customer or the SBI Onsite Team Manager.
