Stilwell Baker offers excellent benefits to its full-time employees:
Stilwell Baker's retirement plan allows you to voluntarily defer part of your pay and reduce your current income taxes—while providing financial security for your retirement. Through payroll deductions employees can direct up to the IRS maximum % of pre-tax earnings into the retirement plan.
The Plan offers six investment alternatives from which you can “pick and choose” to build your own portfolio. Or you can choose a “TimeFrame” Portfolio where the mix of investment alternatives reflects an appropriate balance between growth and income and/or safety investments, depending upon your timeline for retiring.
Employees may enroll, increase, decrease, change their investment mix, or discontinue their contributions at any time. Additionally, participants may transfer funds at any time.
The Plan also offers loan, rollover, and hardship withdrawal options.
Stilwell Baker offers a group health insurance plan for eligible employees and their families. The plan is a PPO-type plan currently insured by HealthNet Health Plan of Oregon. HealthNet offers an exhaustive list of in-network service providers.
The group health plan allows eligible employees to establish a Health Savings Account (HSA). The HSA allows you to build savings to pay for eligible expenses that are not covered by the health plan, typically the deductible and other out-of-pocket costs.
Contributions are made on a pre-tax basis. Balances roll over each year; helping you save money for future medical expenses. As your balance grows, the interest and investment earnings grow tax-free.
Stilwell Baker pays half the premium for your long-term disability insurance. This plan provides loss of income protection if you become disabled from a covered accidental bodily injury, sickness, or pregnancy.
