Darrel Baker is an electronic design engineer who, since 1980, has worked in the Military-Aerospace, Commercial Electronics, Electronic Design Automation (EDA) and Signal Integrity industries. Prior to joining Stilwell Baker, Inc., Darrel served in product marketing and EDA consulting roles, which established his deep understanding of printed circuit engineering technologies and developed his keen sense of what it takes to make customers successful. Darrel's philosophy of "superior value delivery" is the cornerstone of Stilwell Baker's success.

Barbara Stilwell Baker, Founder & Owner
Barbara Stilwell Baker founded Stilwell Baker, Inc., as a technical communications company. Since 1980 she has worked in the Military-Aerospace, Semiconductor, Medical Equipment, Software and Consumer Electronics industries. Barbara has won international technical communications awards and is author of the book "Concurrent Engineering." In 1996, Barbara played a pivotal role in transitioning the company to an electronic engineering services company. In addition to her responsibilities managing the company's internal processes, she is the keeper of the Stilwell Baker culture.

Richard Lundin, Sales Director
Rick Lundin is a veteran sales professional with experience in the aviation, industrial hardware, and alternative energy markets. In the aviation industry he acquired key accounts including Boeing Business Jets, Bombardier, and CIT. He has sold electric vehicle technology, where customized services included an electrical design component, to state and other government agencies. Rick has also served in business development and key accounts managerial roles. His large-scale project management experience includes numerous multi-million dollar contracts. Rick’s technical and aviation sales experience, large-scale project management experience, together with his Navy electronics background are core to his success at Stilwell Baker.

Brian Terhune, Operations Director
Brian Terhune’s project management experience spans over 20 years. Throughout his career, he has led multi-disciplined engineering teams in commercial/military aerospace, and software development sectors. In the aerospace industry, Brian has been responsible for the successful execution of complex avionics and other programs at Erickson Air-Crane, Allied Aerospace, Belcan, and Pratt & Whitney Aircraft. His capabilities in project planning, team building, maintaining focus on product requirements, and managing aggressive timelines within the product development cycle are critically important for operations at Stilwell Baker. Brian has a BS in mechanical engineering from the University of South Florida. |

Fred Parker, Principal Engineer
Fred is an Electrical Engineer with over 30 years of experience designing and developing power supplies, power conversion circuits, system power distribution and control systems. He has designed HV supplies, UPS; LED, arc lamp and fluorescent illumination. Fred has experience with high speed digital, µC, audio and analog circuits for computer and video products, automotive and telecom systems, for low cost, high volume manufacturing. Fred has also managed engineering groups in all aspects of technical/product development and production. He holds patents on optical, electrical, and thermal designs, for a high speed FET drive, and a high efficiency current-driven bipolar drive. Fred earned his BS degree in Physical Science from Portland State University.
